Through this 10-week course, you’ll receive in-depth training, actionable feedback, and built-in accountability to help you succeed in each of these areas.

Format: For each topic, you’ll watch a 30-minute instructional video at your leisure, then we’ll schedule a group video chat after to answer your questions and develop your action items. As a bonus, we’ll have a Facebook Group just for this course, so authors can bounce ideas off each other and collaborate as we make our way through the course.

Who is this for? If you have at least one book published or on preorder, and are ready to take the steps needed to move your book sales to the next level, this may be exactly the right course for you. Whether you’re traditionally published or an indie author, the concepts in this course will apply.

How does this work?

Sounds great, but I’m a detailed person. EXACTLY how does this work?

  • Week 1:
    • Group video chat. We’ll make introductions, review the course schedule, discuss specifics about the format, and talk through your goals for your books and the course! In other words, where do you want to be at the end of the 10 weeks?
    • Shortly after the video chat, you’ll receive an email with the link to the first instructional video. The topic? How to (really) Find Your Target Audience.
  • Week 2:
    • Group video chat (approx. 90 minutes). This will be a round-table session where each person has the opportunity to ask questions about that week’s topic, specifically how it applies to you and your books. Before we end the session, you’ll identify at least one action step you plan to take that week.
  • Week 3:
    • You’ll receive an email with the link to the second instructional video on How to Grow Your Email List and Convert Them to Avid Fans.
  • Week 4:
    • Group video chat (approx. 90 minutes). This will be another round-table session where each person has the opportunity to ask questions about that week’s topic, specifically how it applies to you and your books. Before we end the session, you’ll identify at least one action step you plan to take that week.
  • Week 5:
    • You’ll receive an email with the link to the third instructional video on How to Build an Effective Launch Team.
  • Week 6:
    • Group video chat (approx. 90 minutes). This will be another round-table session where each person has the opportunity to ask questions about that week’s topic, specifically how it applies to you and your books. Before we end the session, you’ll identify at least one action step you plan to take that week.
  • Week 7:
    • You’ll receive an email with the link to the fourth instructional video on How to get More Amazon Reviews (and why it matters).
  • Week 8:
    • Group video chat (approx. 90 minutes). This will be another round-table session where each person has the opportunity to ask questions about that week’s topic, specifically how it applies to you and your books. Before we end the session, you’ll identify at least one action step you plan to take that week.
  • Week 9:
    • You’ll receive an email with the link to the fourth instructional video on How to find and work with Influencers in your Target Audience to widen your reach.
  • Week 10:
    • Group video chat (approx. 90 minutes). This will be another round-table session where each person has the opportunity to ask questions about that week’s topic, specifically how it applies to you and your books. We’ll wrap up the course by looking at how far you’ve progressed in your goals what you plan to do to maintain momentum. And we’ll celebrate!
